Responsibilities
Manage creators' workflows and deliverables, ensuring alignment with Fluency's social media strategy, brand awareness, and conversion goals.
Set content briefs, approve content, and monitor performance, ensuring a consistent voice and strong connection with the audience.
Support adaptation of formats (Reels, carousels, live streams, and Stories), optimizing content for the funnel and engagement targets.
Monitor performance metrics, report results, and recommend course corrections for continuous improvement of deliverables.
Plan and publish content (YouTube / Instagram / TikTok).
Provide on-site support during live recordings and special projects.
Requirements
Experience managing creators and producing digital content with a strategic, results-oriented approach.
Experience planning and executing social media content, especially for Instagram and YouTube.
Strong knowledge of social media metrics and performance analysis, with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
Ability to creatively guide content topics, formats, and narratives while maintaining brand consistency and focusing on engagement and conversion.
Excellent communication and relationship skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders (creators, internal teams, and partners).
Organized and autonomous, able to manage multiple deliverables, deadlines, and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Availability for on-site attendance at recordings, events, and special projects.
