About the role

  • Canada Field Marketing Leader accountable for marketing strategy to accelerate pipeline growth. Collaborating with various teams to improve marketing efficiency and revenue generation in the tech sector.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for improving the efficiency of direct and indirect marketing campaigns and programs
  • Design, implement and execute marketing strategy for the Canada theater
  • Collaborate with members of the Canada Sales leadership team and the Americas Marketing leadership team
  • Lead a team through the transformation Cisco is driving and manage the marketing operating model
  • Work to bring channel partners for greater collaboration

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B Marketing and Sales leadership experience, preferably in tech
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in French preferred
  • Proven track record of accomplishment in creating and leading sustainable high-performance teams
  • Significant experience in marketing through multiple go-to-market channels
