Responsibilities
Responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Check delivery vehicle daily and keep accurate records
Report maintenance issues and fill out daily logs
Increase sales by expanding shelf space and creatively displaying products
Maximize product shelf life by properly rotating products
Use data and marketing plans to build relationships and drive customer growth
Requirements
At least 21 years of age
Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
Valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record
Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines
Adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding CMV operation
Execute the best practices of RSR training after 4-week company paid training
Ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
