Responsibilities
Drive new distribution and develop strong relationships with pet specialty stores and garden centers.
Position yourself as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
Identify opportunities for growth and expand the availability of products across existing and new outlets within Specialty Pet Trade.
Execute merchandising initiatives, product activations, and training sessions to enhance visibility.
Support retailers in navigating the challenges of a rapidly changing retail environment.
Collaborate with colleagues from Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Key Account Management, and Trade Marketing.
Requirements
A degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Nutrition or Animal Science.
3–5 years of field sales experience, ideally in FMCG or pet nutrition.
Fluency in Dutch and English, French is a pre, but not mandatory.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your region.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, combined with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
A genuine passion for animals and pet nutrition, making you a credible partner for your customers.
