Responsibilities
Provide direct support to Cabin Servers/ Crewmembers, Flight Operations, Maintenance, Owner Services, Sales, and Finance
Enhance Owner Experience by coordinating and overseeing catering orders
Act as a real-time support resource to Cabin Servers and flight crew during operations
Provide bespoke service support by sourcing specific Owner requests
Monitor and manage all in-flight service to enhance Owner experience
Assist with procurement, inventory, and distribution logistics for uniforms
Oversee aircraft stock management and coordinate with operations teams and vendors
Maintain accurate expense reports and product-related financial tracking
Support service procedure updates and communicate changes
Requirements
Aviation industry knowledge with direct Cabin Server experience and/or Corporate catering/ food & beverage experience
Luxury product and service familiarity and/or experience recommended
Must possess the legal ability to work in the United Kingdom
Adapt to and endure immeasurable changes regarding aircraft schedules, deliveries, status alterations and locations
Able to travel and occasionally required to work in a physically-active environment
Work in an office environment simultaneous to completing physical tasks
Complete knowledge and navigation abilities of Microsoft Office 2010 (or most current) products and software
Technology savvy to current and modern means of computer and telephone equipment
Strong interpersonal and communication flexibility within a diverse group of individuals and operating levels of Flexjet and constituents
Positive attitude and the ability to adapt to change is a must
