About the role

  • Payroll Officer supporting payroll processing and record management for FleetPartners across Australia and New Zealand. A part-time role ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process fortnightly payroll, PAYG, superannuation, and other payroll tasks for Australia and New Zealand
  • Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare terminations, redundancies, and other payroll-related calculations as required.
  • Manage payroll tax and Workers’ Compensation reconciliations, lodgements, and processing.
  • Prepare payroll reports for Finance and People & Culture teams.
  • Respond to payroll enquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Experienced in end-to-end payroll processing across BOTH Australia and New Zealand
  • Strong Excel skills, excellent communication skills and attention to details.
  • Familiar with taxation including FBT, PAYG and PAYE
  • iChris payroll system or Workday system knowledge is preferred
  • Understanding of modern awards and enterprise agreements.
