About the role

  • Payroll Specialist working in a dynamic, supportive team handling salary processing and legal compliance. Collaborating closely with partners for diverse client mandates; position offered in Osnabrück.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly payroll and salary statements
  • Advising on wage tax and social security matters
  • Submission of mandatory notifications to authorities
  • Support during audits
  • Maintenance of digital payroll master data in DATEV

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or additional qualifications as a personnel administrator, payroll clerk or payroll accountant (m/f/d)
  • At least initial experience in independent payroll processing, ideally in a tax consultancy
  • Confident DATEV and MS Office skills are desirable
  • Reliable, structured and trustworthy working style
  • Good German language skills, at least level C1
