Implementation and Sales Support Manager onboarding new business for FleetPartners, a leader in vehicle fleet leasing and financial services in Australia. Support sales growth with client presentations and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for leading the implementation and onboarding of all new business wins generated by the Corporate Sales team.
It requires strong product knowledge, hands-on execution, and regular face-to-face engagement to deliver tailored solutions across Tool of Trade, Novated and Heavy Commercial offerings.
The role manages clients throughout the initial 6–12 months before a structured handover to the Relationship Management team.
Partner with the BDM team to deliver client presentations that effectively sell the Fleet Partners solution while supporting the achievement of revenue, profit and customer acquisition targets.
Executive and operational stakeholder communication.
Understand and execute on approved pricing strategies for new customers.
Develop a revised onboarding pack to integrate the existing tools that are in place across the multiple ERPs.
Maintain a high level of competitor intelligence, including product offering, pricing and strategy.
Lead the team of sales and implementation resources.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years fleet experience with a thorough understanding of all products including novated leases and Heavy Commercial Vehicles with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets, KPI’s and customer commitments
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability in presentations, telephone-based interactions, and negotiations
Openness to learn and develop a high level of strategic sales capabilities
Previous experience working in high pressure, fast paced commercial environments
Proven ability to comprehend legislation and compliance requirements around financial products and related leasing products
A basic understanding of the structure of vehicle financing computations; financial accounts and reporting would be desirable but not essential.
