About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee the production process of our cards and supplies, monitor inventory and logistics through to final delivery to the end recipient, and maintain relationships with operational suppliers.
- Develop, monitor and validate established quality standards, ensuring they are adjusted when non-conformities are identified.
- Monitor logistics indicators such as SLA, delivery effectiveness, primary reasons for exceptions/non-conformities and returns; diagnose main offenders and structure action plans for resolution.
Requirements
- Experience in card operations and logistics.
- Knowledge of and experience working with suppliers such as card embossing vendors and card transport/carrier providers.
