Responsibilities
Manage the lettings stream of housing management.
Lead and develop a team of housing officers.
Support the Head of Housing to deliver the housing strategy.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
Coach the team to deliver an outstanding service to tenants.
Resolve complex enquiries and empower the team in their decision making.
Requirements
Extensive housing management experience, preferably in social housing.
Demonstrable experience of continuous improvement.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to understand and improve performance.
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
Full UK Driving Licence.
CIH 4 - Housing Qualification or willingness to study towards it.
