About the role

  • Performance & Insights Manager architecting the revenue engine at Renowned by optimizing CRM data and building insightful dashboards. Collaborating across marketing, sales, and finance for global strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the HubSpot environment.
  • Optimise workflows, lead scoring, and automated hand-offs between Marketing, Sales and CS
  • Partner with Finance to bridge the gap between CRM data (HubSpot) and our data warehouse (Snowflake).
  • Ensure "Board-ready" accuracy in ChartMogul
  • Move us beyond "what happened" to "why it happened."
  • Build dashboards that track Pipeline Velocity, CAC Payback, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Audit our current sales process to remove friction.
  • Ensure the team is spending more time selling and less time doing manual data entry
  • Work with our US and ANZ teams to ensure global reporting consistency
  • Evaluate and manage the reporting tech stack to ensure it scales with the business
  • Partner with the Engineering team to solve data flow issues, providing 100% clarity on organic revenue performance
  • Inform and refine sales commission plans to ensure they are driving the correct behaviours and aligning with company-wide ARR goals
  • Lead the enablement of new staff on HubSpot, ensuring "data-first" behaviours are baked into the culture from day one

Requirements

  • The "Analyst Mindset": You don’t just report numbers; you provide the "so what?"
  • Hubspot power user: You don't just use HubSpot; you know how to build complex automations, custom objects and dashboards
  • Billing & ARR Tools: Ideally direct experience with Stripe; experience with ChartMogul or similar ARR platforms is highly regarded - you are skilled reporting for all core SaaS metrics, including ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Churn, and CAC
  • Experience working across both Direct B2B Sales teams and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) models.
  • Excel wizard and have experience (or a strong desire to learn) navigating SQL/Snowflake environments
  • Problem Solver: A track record of "un-breaking" data flows and automating manual processes
  • Self-Starter: You are comfortable being the "department of one" initially, setting your own roadmap and priorities
