About the role
- Regional Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations and performance of clinics. Ensuring high-quality clinical care and collaboration across operational and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across a designated region of clinics.
- Ensure alignment with organizational standards, goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and implement improvement initiatives to increase visit volume and enhance access to care.
- Develop and manage regional budgets, forecast revenue and expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Directly manage and mentor Practice Managers and clinic leads.
- Regularly monitor performance metrics and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
- Partner with leadership and Talent Acquisition to recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing staff and providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or clinic operations.
- Demonstrated success managing complex operations across multiple locations.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience in provider recruitment, contracting, and compensation plan design.
- Proficiency in EHR systems such as Athena, eClinicalWorks, or Epic.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with familiarity in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
