About the role

  • Regional Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations and performance of clinics. Ensuring high-quality clinical care and collaboration across operational and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across a designated region of clinics.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational standards, goals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and implement improvement initiatives to increase visit volume and enhance access to care.
  • Develop and manage regional budgets, forecast revenue and expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Directly manage and mentor Practice Managers and clinic leads.
  • Regularly monitor performance metrics and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Partner with leadership and Talent Acquisition to recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing staff and providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or clinic operations.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex operations across multiple locations.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience in provider recruitment, contracting, and compensation plan design.
  • Proficiency in EHR systems such as Athena, eClinicalWorks, or Epic.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with familiarity in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
