Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across a designated region of clinics.
Ensure alignment with organizational standards, goals, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Identify and implement improvement initiatives to increase visit volume and enhance access to care.
Develop and manage regional budgets, forecast revenue and expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
Directly manage and mentor Practice Managers and clinic leads.
Regularly monitor performance metrics and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
Partner with leadership and Talent Acquisition to recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing staff and providers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in healthcare or clinic operations.
Demonstrated success managing complex operations across multiple locations.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
Experience in provider recruitment, contracting, and compensation plan design.
Proficiency in EHR systems such as Athena, eClinicalWorks, or Epic.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with familiarity in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
