Responsibilities
- Research and Testing: Plan and conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Analyze research findings to inform design decisions and create user personas and journey maps
- Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate design effectiveness and gather user feedback
- Product Design and UX: Create wireframes, concept designs, prototypes, and product specifications
- Collaborate with team members to iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation
- Collaboration and Innovation: Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, present design concepts to stakeholders, stay up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience designing products at various stages, in an Agile environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration and team building skills
- Skill in quickly understanding customer needs and mental models
- Experience in planning and conducting user research
- Proficiency with digital design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma
- Thorough understanding of constraints and capabilities of designing for iOS, Android, and responsive web applications
- Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
