About the role

  • Join Neutreeno as a UX/UI Designer to shape user experiences in climate science and data analytics. Lead designs that bridge complex systems and user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end Neutreeno user experience
  • Think conceptually about complex systems, interface with customers and UX research, define user personas
  • Design funnels that balance data richness with emotional clarity
  • Hands-on with design tools daily, creating interfaces, screens, and interactions that bring your strategic vision to life
  • Guide engineers with your expertise
  • Conceptualise and translate insights into product direction
  • Create narrative and hierarchy across screens and reduce overwhelm
  • Thrive taking ownership of the entire UX/UI experience from abstract problem framing to concrete visual designs
  • Work closely with customers and teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human-Computer-Interaction (HCI), Information Design, Communication Design, Engineering, Psychology or similar
  • 5+ years of proven UX/UI experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with strong emphasis on strategy, conceptual design, and hands-on interface design
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma for all stages of design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on complex SaaS products, demonstrating both conceptual thinking and hands-on execution
  • Experience designing and delivering multi-persona data products where different user types need different views and workflows
  • You have a very solid grasp of interaction design, usability engineering and testing, gestalt principles and can communicate to teams and stakeholders how those factors will influence the design process and outcomes
  • You have outstanding communication skills, are fluent in English and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders in an agile environment.
