About the role
- Design and optimize the Scalawe console experience for Compute products. Focus on transforming complex cloud infrastructure into intuitive user journeys for developers and enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Your mission will be to design and optimize the Scaleway console experience for Compute products (CPU/GPU Instances, Kubernetes, Serverless, Container Registry, etc.) to transform complex cloud infrastructure challenges into simple, intuitive, and efficient user journeys for developers, DevOps engineers, and enterprises.
- You’ll participate in user interviews and user story mapping to understand users’ problems and define solutions.
- You will produce low- and high-fidelity prototypes to present meaningful solutions during design reviews and developer handoffs.
- Organize usability and user testing and report findings to your team.
- Work closely with your PM, front-end developers, and Tech & UX writers to ensure the best value is delivered collaboratively.
- Participate in onboarding sessions and other internal events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology environments
- Proven experience designing complex interfaces (dashboards, SaaS tools, infrastructure management platforms)
- Strong expertise in Figma and prototyping workflows
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to collaborate closely with PMs and developers in agile environments
- Experience with data-driven design (Amplitude, Metabase, Hotjar is a plus)
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
