Payment Operations Analyst in a fast-growing FinTech providing payment processing and client support. Responsible for overseeing the payment cycle and resolving discrepancies in a hybrid work setup.
Responsibilities
Oversee the entire payment processing cycle, ensuring all transactions are executed accurately and on time.
Identify, monitor, and resolve discrepancies or issues related to payment transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payment systems, workflows, and practices.
Maintain detailed documentation of payment processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Provide exceptional client support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth payment resolutions.
Support the implementation of new payment methods and technological solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Assist the Payment Operations Lead in preparing monthly reports and driving process improvements.
Handle second-level verification for cheque verification and loan disbursement processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in payment operations or financial services. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and derive insights from data.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive problem solver with a strong sense of initiative.
