Responsibilities
Communication Facilitation: Act as an intermediary between the team and other departments or clients, ensuring information is conveyed clearly and efficiently while aligning expectations and objectives.
Project Implementation Management: Responsible for configuring and parameterizing systems according to the products contracted by clients, ensuring the solution meets each client's specific needs.
Test Execution: Prepare and execute all required test data to validate the implemented client flows.
User Training and Support: Deliver training and refresher sessions for users according to client needs.
Change and Release Management (GMUD): Monitor and execute application updates (GMUD), ensuring the integrity and consistency of information.
Incident and Ticket Handling: Directly analyze and resolve tickets opened by areas that interface with clients.
Client Documentation: Document client flows related to the company's products.
Data Mapping: Perform data mappings according to the specifications provided by banks and established layouts.
Quality Assurance: The Mid-level Implementation Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of deliverables throughout the client onboarding process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
Knowledge of Agile methodologies — Scrum
Proven experience in technical implementations, especially with EDI in billing/collections, Pix and card flows
Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), specifically in billing, Pix and card flows
