Responsibilities
As Team Lead, Account Management you will lead our JobAuto Account Management team — after our Sales team closes a JobAuto framework agreement you and your team are the driving force to engage our clients' employees to book a JobAuto.
Together with clients you will plan and manage the rollout of JobAuto across their organization and develop measures to continuously activate employees.
You ensure an outstanding customer experience, build long-term partnerships and thereby drive JobAuto’s growth.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment — ideally in e-commerce or a comparable digital business model — with a focus on CRM, Sales or Account Management, including 1+ year of leadership experience.
Experience in client service or client consulting. Ideally you also have experience in Sales, Customer Success or (Key) Account Management.
You are a strong communicator and convince at different levels through excellent persuasion and networking skills.
Your entrepreneurial mindset makes you a trusted contact for our clients and your team. You quickly develop shared solutions and have direct impact on JobAuto’s growth.
You are structured and challenge existing processes.
You are fluent in German and confident in English.
