Enterprise Account Executive scaling large customer segments for FINN, an auto subscription platform. Managing sales cycles, addressing customer needs, and building partnerships.
Responsibilities
You will play a key role in strategically scaling our enterprise customer segment.
You are responsible for the full sales cycle — from identifying and reaching out to new enterprise customers, through developing tailored solution concepts, to successful closing.
You understand the challenges faced by HR, compensation & benefits, mobility, and procurement stakeholders and work with internal teams to develop bespoke solutions for modern employee mobility.
You lay the foundation for long-term partnerships and sustainable growth within a strategically important unit at FINN.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions. Experience in early-stage companies is a plus.
Experience with HR-related solutions and stakeholders is a plus.
You have a bias for action and are motivated to help shape and grow our Enterprise Sales unit.
Strong communicator who can influence at multiple levels with excellent argumentation and networking skills.
Experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools.
Fluent in German and strong in English.
