About the role

  • Senior Account Executive for Nooco, focusing on B2B sales in the construction sector. Driving account management and strategic growth for sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted account plans to meet and exceed annual growth objectives
  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients by identifying their challenges and operational needs
  • Coordinate enterprise account sales in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Delivery, Marketing, Product)
  • Create high-impact presentations/demos and develop structured proposals
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and drive long-term customer success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience within the construction and/or public works sector
  • Experience in complex SaaS sales is a strong plus
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and to acquire strategic accounts, in France and internationally
  • Affinity or experience in Real Estate, PropTech, or Sustainability is a differentiating advantage
  • Autonomy, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a demanding entrepreneurial environment
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) to support our global ambitions
  • A genuine interest in environmental issues and the transformation of the construction and real estate sectors.
