About the role

  • Administration Assistant supporting category marketing and data analysis for GPC Asia Pacific. Managing product data and marketing activities to ensure growth and profitability in the category.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administration, general marketing, reporting & data analysis activities for a busy category
  • Support all members of the category team
  • Assist with loading of images and catalogue layouts
  • General marketing support
  • Administer processes relating to the category
  • Manage product data related activities including vendor cost changes, clearance excess reporting, product data and pricing maintenance
  • Assist with retail and trade promotional builds and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with event and promotional planning
  • Data base management
  • Compile weekly reporting

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience
  • High level excel skills
  • Retail experience desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and able to juggle a number of constantly changing priorities
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work effectively without close supervision, with a flexible approach
  • Studies in marketing/merchandise an advantage
