About the role

  • Work on the administration and maintenance of Tagetik, ensuring optimal functionality and performance
  • Act as first line support for Tagetik queries, effectively triaging and resolving or escalating
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tagetik
  • Implement enhancements and upgrades to meet evolving business requirements
  • Ensure compliance with security access controls and change management procedures, in compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Tagetik with other financial systems and tools
  • Ensure accurate and seamless data flow between Tagetik and other business applications
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the CCH Tagetik system and the Collinson Group’s implementation
  • Develop capabilities to write advanced Tagetik reports and become a go to for other power users in the business
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs
  • Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders of all levels throughout finance to understand and support their financial systems & reporting requirements
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall financial system efficiency
  • Develop and deliver training programs for users to maximize their proficiency in utilising Tagetik
  • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries and assisting with problem resolution
  • Develop and manage technical documentation
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in FP&A and EPM systems

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working with finance systems
  • Demonstrable ability to learn new systems
  • Finance & accounting knowledge, with experience in financial planning activities and consolidation activities desirable
  • Expertise in process improvement methodologies
  • SQL experience desirable
  • Highly numerate and analytical with a strong data analysis and problem-solving skillset and the ability to produce complex reports
  • High-energy, adaptive, collaborative and responsive work style
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex and dynamic work environment with poise and professionalism
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in large companies with complex financial systems environments is preferred
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering improvements resulting in clear business value.
