About the role

  • Customer Service Specialist providing technical support for luxury massage chair products at Furniture For Life. Handling customer inquiries and ensuring high-level customer service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage inbound end-user and dealer support requests
  • Troubleshoot product and component issues
  • Maintain detailed notes regarding all service activities in CRM
  • Consistently create accurate and detailed work orders
  • Act as an ambassador for FFL Brands and the products it sells

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service, sales or related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
