Responsibilities
Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential
Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development
Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts
Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan
Conduct in-depth research on various applications and develop a viable business plan to support them
Segmentation of different applications versus clientele
Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments
Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Timely completion of all sales administration
Requirements
Technical Degree, Masters or similar preferable in business engineering, mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering or mechatronics
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object
5 years relevant experience
Specific knowledge in the Automation, electrical, electronic or pneumatic
Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster
