Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a professional with solid experience in consultative sales of technology services, with strong experience in IT consultancies and in the model of allocating technology professionals.
  • Proven experience in selling value-added offerings is essential, such as Managed Squads and fixed-scope projects, acting strategically to generate results and value for the client.
  • We expect someone with experience in digital transformation projects, able to lead complex negotiations and move easily between different areas and hierarchical levels, influencing decisions and building long-term relationships.
  • Experience with large accounts and complex corporate environments in multisector contexts will be a significant differentiator.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Zorro CRM;
  • Knowledge of agile squads and structuring technical teams;
  • Experience across multiple sectors;
  • Innovative, results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Advanced English (a plus).
