Responsibilities
Identify, target, and onboard new Payment Facilitators, Merchant of Record models, Aggregators, Digital Wallet Providers.
Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships at C-suite and operational levels.
Own the full sales process from lead generation to contract signature.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the payments ecosystem and trends.
Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline management.
Collaborate with internal teams across product, legal, risk, onboarding, and marketing.
Requirements
Educational degree in related field such as Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of new business sales experience in payments, ideally within a payment processor, acquirer, or related B2B payments environment.
Deep understanding of complex business models, especially Payment Facilitators and Merchant of Record models.
Strong strategic sales mentality, with proven ability to run structured, insight-led sales cycles.
Excellent internal stakeholder management skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, especially for in-person meetings and proposal writing.
Ability to understand complex technical and commercial requirements and provide recommendations.
Proven success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
