About the role

  • Developing and executing strategies for National Accounts in the insurance sector at Farmers. Responsible for premium growth through business development and account management.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes strategies to build business in the IA National Accounts portfolio
  • Responsible for premium growth by prospecting for new business and managing large, more complex national accounts
  • Takes ownership for business development initiatives within portfolios and to maximize premium, profit and growth objectives
  • Mentors other National Account Managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • CIC and/or CPCU license preferred
  • National Accounts experience highly preferred
  • 7-10 years demonstrated experience in insurance including sales, marketing management, business development, strategy required
