About the role

  • Learning and Development Sales Trainer delivering impactful training to boost sales performance at Farmers. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and drive measurable improvements in sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and facilitate sales-focused training programs for supervisory and professional audiences
  • Partner with stakeholders to align learning with business strategy and performance goals
  • Provide feedback, track learner progress, and report on training impact
  • Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage training logistics and ensure a seamless learner experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, education, or related field
  • Two years experience in Sales, and/or Learning Development (L and D)/training, or equivalent technical expertise related to Learning and Development
  • Experience in Insurance Sales preferred.
