Responsibilities
Beheren van inkomende e-mails en social media DM’s van festivals zoals Awakenings, Zwarte Cross, Thunderdome en Defqon.1.
Behandelen van klantvragen over ticketaankopen via ons platform Bleep Ticketing.
Signaleren van veelvoorkomende vragen en knelpunten en meedenken over verbeteringen in onze communicatie en processen.
Samenwerken met andere afdelingen zoals marketing en eventorganisatie om klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen en processen te verbeteren.
Zorgen voor een hoge klanttevredenheid door duidelijke en klantgerichte communicatie.
Requirements
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling).
Ervaring met klantenservice, bij voorkeur in de event- of ticketbranche.
Gestructureerd kunnen werken en omgaan met seizoensgebonden werkdruk.
Affiniteit met festivals en evenementen.
Teamplayer, maar ook zelfstandig kunnen werken.
32-40 uur per week beschikbaar
