Requirements
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., mechatronics technician, electrician, technician) or equivalent qualification
Experience in technical customer support or service
Familiarity with an ERP system
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel approximately 10–20%
