Responsibilities

  • Advising and supporting PR teams in developing event formats
  • Conducting venue sourcing and speaker research
  • Creative on-site execution
  • Conceptual development of event ideas and preparing them as presentations
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects

Requirements

  • Experience planning and delivering content-driven events, formats, and functions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Hands-on mentality with operational know-how
  • Willingness to attend events and travel to event locations occasionally
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
  • Confident user of tools: MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
