- Assign accurate MRNs and complete medical necessity/compliance checks
- Provide proper patient instructions and collect insurance information
- Process physician orders and utilize overlay tools while providing excellent customer service
- Conduct audits of accounts and ensure accuracy and timeliness to meet audit standards
- Pre-register patient accounts prior to visits and explain general consent for treatment forms

- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- CRCR Certification required within 9 months of hire (Company Paid)
