Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the structure, performance and development of a telesales team
  • Manage outbound telesales activities
  • Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions
  • Develop sales standards
  • Responsible for KPI and performance management
  • Onboard new team members
  • Optimize processes and tools across the telesales workflow
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales
  • Prepare reports and analyses

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in telephone-based sales, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Initial leadership/first-line management experience
  • Strong communication and motivational skills
  • Experience planning, executing and managing outbound campaigns
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Marketing and Sales
  • Solid knowledge of KPI and performance management
  • Experience in staffing and capacity planning for an outbound team
  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset
  • Structured, process- and quality-oriented working style
  • Confident use of telephony/dialer systems, ideally with CRM systems
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Experience with AI-assisted tools in a sales context
