Requirements
10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
Minimum of 5-7 years in a dedicated HR Business Partner role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to understand complex business models and operational challenges
Proven ability to build trust and manage relationships with senior executive stakeholders
