Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee master data for all P&SM personnel in #APeople.
Consolidate mapping of competencies, roles, project allocations, and mobility status.
Monitor P&SM workforce KPIs, producing analyses and monthly dashboards.
Support the definition and harmonization of Project & Site Assignment frameworks.
Track compliance with global standards and ensure alignment with Group policies.
Maintain and update job architecture for all P&SM-related roles.
Map global training needs for P&SM roles and support the roll-out of programs.
Serve as Point of Contact for HR matters related to P&SM.
Contribute to the administration of performance processes and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
3–6 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations roles.
Experience with technical or project-based teams preferred.
Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is a plus.
