About the role

  • HR Generalist managing HR processes for global projects at ANDRITZ. Focused on workforce mapping, training needs, and governance for P&SM-related roles.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee master data for all P&SM personnel in #APeople.
  • Consolidate mapping of competencies, roles, project allocations, and mobility status.
  • Monitor P&SM workforce KPIs, producing analyses and monthly dashboards.
  • Support the definition and harmonization of Project & Site Assignment frameworks.
  • Track compliance with global standards and ensure alignment with Group policies.
  • Maintain and update job architecture for all P&SM-related roles.
  • Map global training needs for P&SM roles and support the roll-out of programs.
  • Serve as Point of Contact for HR matters related to P&SM.
  • Contribute to the administration of performance processes and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations roles.
  • Experience with technical or project-based teams preferred.
  • Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is a plus.
