About the role

  • Senior Analyst responsible for ServiceNow ticket management and system optimization at EY. Collaborating with teams, conducting training, and automating workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage tickets, resolving issues in the ServiceNow system;
  • Perform system maintenance, implementing improvements and optimizations;
  • Gather requirements from requesting departments and create/maintain the service catalog structure;
  • Automate processes and workflows based on business needs;
  • Conduct quality assurance testing;
  • Prepare training materials for users and deliver platform-specific training sessions for deliverables;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote integration and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Systems Analysis and Development
  • Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with programming and scripting languages such as Angular, JavaScript, and Java
  • Experience with quality testing and preparing training materials is a plus.
