Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in consulting sales
- FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH (Swiss German is a strong advantage)
- Proven success in business development within the Swiss market (2+ years)
- Sector experience in banking, finance, insurance, public sector, or IT
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- Team player with a passion for networking and innovation
