  • Oversee project delivery and ensure high-quality consultancy services

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in consulting sales
  • FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH (Swiss German is a strong advantage)
  • Proven success in business development within the Swiss market (2+ years)
  • Sector experience in banking, finance, insurance, public sector, or IT
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented approach
  • Team player with a passion for networking and innovation
