Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the sales, delivery and account management process for accounts
  • Focuses on building foundational relationships and identifying initial opportunities for account expansion within the company's diverse digital, data, and AI solutions
  • Requires a solid understanding of the company’s product line and its basic applications, as well as the client’s objectives and challenges
  • Manages routine account tasks, including regular communication and follow-ups, to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Establish and maintain relationships with assigned clients, addressing their day-to-day needs and resolving issues as they arise
  • Assist with the execution of account plans, including managing schedules, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely delivery of services or products
  • Track and report on account activity, including status updates, performance metrics, and client feedback
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling additional services or products within the scope of the account

Requirements

  • 8-10 Years of experience in account management/client success of large accounts
  • Bachelor's Degree
