About the role

  • Key Account Manager handling building technology solutions in Saarland. Advising clients in construction and planning, ensuring tailored technical solutions and support in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Main contact for decision-makers in the construction/residential sector and planning offices
  • Support customers in developing customized building services concepts
  • Communicate with tendering authorities and decision-makers
  • Liaise with internal sales and other departments within the company
  • Continuous improvement of personal sales strategy

Requirements

  • Solid technical or commercial training — ideally with a focus on sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (SHK) technology or building services engineering
  • Field sales experience in building services (sanitary/plumbing, heating, air-conditioning/ventilation or electrical)
  • Experience with the construction/residential sector and planning offices, with a strong industry network
  • Structured working style, self-motivation and knowledge of successful sales closing techniques
  • Fluent German language skills
