About the role

  • Supporting daily operations and managing team activities for healthcare growth initiatives. Coordinating tasks, handling inquiries, and strategic project management for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Support the manager in daily operations and assist in managing team activities.
  • Coordinate team tasks, assist in project management, handle customer inquiries, and prepare reports.
  • Project planning to ensure closure of growth initiatives.
  • Resource & cross functional team management.
  • Timely closure of growth initiatives.
  • Strategic support; incl. and not limited to reporting and status monitoring for cross SGU &/or IMU leadership initiatives.
  • Mentoring of Junior resources.
  • Leadership & accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in relevant field with 10 - 12 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS office tools (Word, PPT, Excel)
  • Ability to conceptualize and ideate; and envision growth path in an ever evolving U.S. healthcare landscape
  • Willingness to learn and grind
  • Strong communication and command on the subject in-hand
  • Organizational skills
  • Critical thinking and time management
  • Adhoc support for growth initiatives, in terms of bid management, solution whiteboarding, and thought leadership
  • Stakeholder management and inter BU communications
