About the role

  • HR Manager at Exclusive Networks collaborating with local leadership for compliance, employee development, and HR strategies. Focused on driving organizational change and managing the employee lifecycle across Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Regional HR Director.
  • Work closely with the local leadership team, providing guidance and coaching managers on daily operations, employee development, HR priorities.
  • Ensure the company maintains compliance with local employment law changes.
  • Advise managers on any HR topic regarding their team.
  • Build trusted relationships through engagement practices to promote a high level of employee morale.
  • Support the recruitment processes in accordance with business needs.
  • Provide consultancy service in terms of HR policies and best practices for line managers and employees.
  • Drive organizational change management projects at local level.
  • Ensure data input in HR systems is correct and compliant with policies.
  • Support the Directors in conducting Performance Review Process, Talent Review, and other HR related projects.
  • Manage learning & development needs locally.
  • Drive employee relations and legal & social processes.
  • Manage and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle: payroll, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration.

Requirements

  • University Degree in relevant area.
  • Knowledge and expertise in employment law.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR Manager experience within a global company.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law in Italy, desirable in Spain.
  • Ability to work independently in a standalone role without direct day to day supervision and collaboratively in a virtual team.
  • Experience with Workday.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels.
  • Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Strong organizational skills.
