Responsibilities
Report to the Regional HR Director.
Work closely with the local leadership team, providing guidance and coaching managers on daily operations, employee development, HR priorities.
Ensure the company maintains compliance with local employment law changes.
Advise managers on any HR topic regarding their team.
Build trusted relationships through engagement practices to promote a high level of employee morale.
Support the recruitment processes in accordance with business needs.
Provide consultancy service in terms of HR policies and best practices for line managers and employees.
Drive organizational change management projects at local level.
Ensure data input in HR systems is correct and compliant with policies.
Support the Directors in conducting Performance Review Process, Talent Review, and other HR related projects.
Manage learning & development needs locally.
Drive employee relations and legal & social processes.
Manage and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle: payroll, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration.
Requirements
University Degree in relevant area.
Knowledge and expertise in employment law.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Minimum of 5 years of HR Manager experience within a global company.
Strong knowledge of labor law in Italy, desirable in Spain.
Ability to work independently in a standalone role without direct day to day supervision and collaboratively in a virtual team.
Experience with Workday.
Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels.
Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations.
Strong organizational skills.
