About the role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
  • Build and maintain a strong network of prospective customers
  • Analyze customer needs and present tailored IDP solutions
  • Maintain CRM data, prepare sales forecasts and reports
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies
  • Freedom to experiment with ideas and new sales approaches

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B sales of SaaS products
  • Solution-oriented approach to customer interactions
  • Strong negotiation skills and a good sense for customer needs
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proficient with CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region
