About the role

  • Legal Administrative Assistant supporting the Legal team at Everflow Technologies. Preparing legal documents and managing calendars while providing flexible cross-functional support.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales, Ops, and Legal
  • Provide flexible support; fill in for absent staff, cover different departments as assigned and assist with ad-hoc projects
  • Handle confidential documents and correspondence as needed
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate with internal teams, and confirm meetings with 3rd parties and colleagues
  • Schedule conference rooms for internal and external meetings; coordinate supporting technology
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and project support to the Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and Legal teams
  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence
  • Filing/saving/documenting signed contracts and corporate documents
  • Coordinate with insurance broker on renewing policies, obtaining COIs upon request
  • Create, maintain, and organize electronic and hard copy client files

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of legal support experience (corporate & contracts)
  • Competency in Google Suite
  • Experience working with and supporting remote teams
  • Be comfortable working and communicating with professionals at all levels
  • Ability to exercise initiative
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to write effectively.
