Responsibilities
Support Sales, Ops, and Legal
Provide flexible support; fill in for absent staff, cover different departments as assigned and assist with ad-hoc projects
Handle confidential documents and correspondence as needed
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate with internal teams, and confirm meetings with 3rd parties and colleagues
Schedule conference rooms for internal and external meetings; coordinate supporting technology
Provide ad hoc administrative and project support to the Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and Legal teams
Draft, proofread, and format legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence
Filing/saving/documenting signed contracts and corporate documents
Coordinate with insurance broker on renewing policies, obtaining COIs upon request
Create, maintain, and organize electronic and hard copy client files
Requirements
At least 2+ years of legal support experience (corporate & contracts)
Competency in Google Suite
Experience working with and supporting remote teams
Be comfortable working and communicating with professionals at all levels
Ability to exercise initiative
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to write effectively.
