Responsibilities

  • Professional and organizational leadership of Reception & Office Services
  • Responsibility for budget planning, control and monitoring
  • Further development and optimization of office and service processes
  • Independent planning and implementation of office projects
  • Management of office infrastructure & space planning
  • Interface management and close collaboration with internal departments, external service providers and the Head of Internal Services

Requirements

  • Commercial training or degree (e.g., Office Management, Business Administration)
  • Initial experience in a comparable role, ideally from the hospitality or legal (law firm) environment
  • Strong leadership skills, organizational talent and a hands-on mentality
  • Experience with budget responsibility
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation and professional appearance
  • Good written and spoken English
