Responsibilities
You conduct professional conversations with decision-makers — in particular ESG officers and members of executive management
You acquire new customers through targeted outreach and needs-based consulting
You evaluate sustainability goals and potential with prospects and persuade them with tailored solutions
You support the preparation and sending of proposals and maintain our CRM system diligently and in an organized manner
You further develop existing customer relationships and strategically position our services
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or degree, preferably with a focus on new customer acquisition, or an equivalent qualification
Ideally, you have experience in telephone-based B2B sales of services and products
Sales talent, enjoyment of professional tele-sales outbound, strong communication skills and enthusiasm characterize you
Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
You demonstrate a high degree of independence, organizational ability, commitment and reliability
In addition, you stand out through a hands-on mentality and strong interpersonal skills
