Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures

Requirements
Experience in a generalist or operational HR role at a similar level with a manufacturing/ industrial type organisation
Strong knowledge and experience in employee relations
Confident coaching managers on HR policies and procedures
Proficient in HRIS systems and comfortable using HR data and metrics
