About the role

  • HR Operations Partner offering day-to-day HR support and expert guidance in a manufacturing environment. Collaborating with partners for successful HR initiatives and maintaining compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations issues while maintaining compliance with labour laws and internal policies
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Collaborate with HR partners to implement global and local HR initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in a generalist or operational HR role at a similar level with a manufacturing/ industrial type organisation
  • Strong knowledge and experience in employee relations
  • Confident coaching managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and comfortable using HR data and metrics
