Responsibilities
Gerenciar a carteira de pedidos: alterações, bloqueios, desbloqueios, alocação de estoque e criação de remessas.
Realizar agendamentos e reagendamentos de entregas, garantindo alta performance nos KPIs (TMO, OTIF e Delivery Performance).
Tratar e resolver pendências no Salesforce, incluindo pedidos faltantes e encaixes.
Atuar em forte comunicação com clientes e áreas internas, assegurando clareza e atualização contínua do status dos pedidos.
Acompanhar faseamento, monitorar pedidos em andamento e realizar a limpeza periódica da carteira.
Requirements
Ensino Superior completo em Administração, logística ou áreas relacionadas
Sólida experiência com Gestão de Pedidos, SAP e atendimento ao cliente
Desejável conhecimento em Salesforce e Excel (mandatório)
Perfil organizado, proativo, com agilidade na resolução de problemas e visão integrada do fluxo logístico
