About the role

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails, maximizing sales of cruise holiday products and ancillaries
  • Manage reservations after booking, making amendments and navigating various reservation systems
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs
  • Take ownership of customer queries and complaints, finding solutions and de-escalating issues
  • Build valuable relationships with customers, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
  • Complete all administrative tasks with high levels of diligence and accuracy
  • Proactively share customer feedback and recommendations to management

Requirements

  • Impeccable verbal and written skills with proven persuasive, influencing, and negotiation abilities
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs
  • History of meeting and exceeding KPIs in a sales or service environment
  • Understanding of cruise products and destinations (prior travel experience or industry knowledge is a distinct advantage)
  • Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent numeracy skills and an eye for detail to ensure error-free work
