Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails, maximizing sales of cruise holiday products and ancillaries
Manage reservations after booking, making amendments and navigating various reservation systems
Meet and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs
Take ownership of customer queries and complaints, finding solutions and de-escalating issues
Build valuable relationships with customers, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
Complete all administrative tasks with high levels of diligence and accuracy
Proactively share customer feedback and recommendations to management
Requirements
Impeccable verbal and written skills with proven persuasive, influencing, and negotiation abilities
Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs
History of meeting and exceeding KPIs in a sales or service environment
Understanding of cruise products and destinations (prior travel experience or industry knowledge is a distinct advantage)
Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent numeracy skills and an eye for detail to ensure error-free work
