About the role

  • Assistant Marketing Activations 360 role in Etam's marketing team. Involves supporting operational marketing tasks and coordinating campaigns across different channels.

Responsibilities

  • 360° operational marketing support
  • Assist in creating multichannel activation plans (retail, events, digital)
  • Support development of in-store communication materials (creative briefs, production follow-up)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Manage logistical aspects of operations (scheduling, timeline management, partner relations)
  • Support implementation of on-the-ground activations, events, and experiential initiatives
  • Assist deployment of campaigns across touchpoints (headquarters, country teams)
  • Monitor campaign performance (KPIs, results, impact)
  • Contribute to post-campaign reports and recommendations
  • Billing and invoice tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) from a business school or university, or currently pursuing one
  • Previous experience in marketing or retail is a plus
  • Recognized for your autonomy, curiosity, service-orientation and initiative
  • Fluent in English
