About the role

  • Sales Consultant at E1 connecting with subcontractors and converting leads into long-term customers. Driving sales through proactive lead qualification and collaboration in a dedicated team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively qualifying inbound and outbound leads, tailoring your approach to customer needs
  • Managing a pipeline of opportunities across multiple stages with discipline and focus
  • Driving new business through consultative selling and industry knowledge
  • Collaborating in daily team meetings and internal catch-ups to share insights, strategies, and support
  • Keeping accurate CRM records and providing feedback that helps us continuously improve

Requirements

  • You’ve got that Sales DNA. You’re a hunter, you see opportunities, you step into challenges, and you love the win
  • You’re keen to kickstart and progress your sales career in an organisation that supports your development
  • You love picking up the phone to talk with people and build relationships
  • You listen with curiosity, you seek to understand, you share insights, and you tailor solutions
  • You’re achievement orientated
  • You have a strong ability to grasp new things quickly, including industry, technology, etc.
  • You have strong organisational skills
  • You’re a self-starter with a willingness to work as part of a small, dedicated and fun team
